Our team named, branded, and designed The Lydell, a luxury apartment complex in Glendale, Wisconsin, near the 1.7 million-square-foot Bayshore Shopping Center, which we also branded and enhanced with 37 public artworks by local Milwaukee artists. The Lydell is the centerpiece of our work-live-play-stay CRE development. The area was named Top 10 places to visit in the United States in 2021.
